My son was really struggling with reading and school was a disaster. I wasn’t sure if neurofeedback would work, but I was willing to try anything to help him. As it turns out, neurofeedback was a godsend! I cannot believe the changes we’ve seen in both his reading fluency and his recall of what he has read. It is a night and day difference! He is now able to read near grade level (he was over 3 grade levels behind) and the gap continues to close. For anyone uncertain of doing neurofeedback for their child…I say go for it! I will begin by sharing that Dr. Velin saved our daughter's life...literally! Although we were required to travel from out of town one day per week to receive treatments, Dr. Velin and staff guided us through several series of neurofeedback treatments that produced unimaginable results.
