The literature now shows that changes in the brain resulting in cognitive decline in later life start in our 20s and 30s. To minimize this and keep the brain strong for long, healthy life, staying mentally active is imperative. We know it is important to exercise to keep our cardiovascular health strong, likewise, neurofeedback is the exercise the brain needs to stay cognitively strong.
While neurofeedback helps the brain stay as efficient as possible, We also integrate coaching sessions into this program to support aging in a positive and graceful way. Coaching provides the tools necessary to improve the effectiveness of neurofeedback through discussions regarding nutrition, exercise, stress management, and social engagement.
